Pregnant transgender men have shared their experiences in an eye-opening online thread.
Men from around the world took to US-based anonymous confessions app Whisper to share what it is like to be expecting a baby while ‘having an otherwise male physique’.
The men, who have all transitioned but still have female sex organs, explained the confusing and difficult emotions they have encountered.
One explained his brother had only known him as a man and would ‘freak out’ on discovering he is pregnant.
Another said his girlfriend doesn’t yet know he is expecting.
