The Block’s Dylan and Jenny are putting their dream Gold Coast build to auction.
Named The Palm House, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 100 Palm Beach Avenue in Palm Beach, is the property the newlyweds began building before joining the renovation show that airs on Nine, owner of this masthead.
Listed by Ed Cherry and Sean Lewis of Harcourts Coastal Palm Beach, the luxurious home is scheduled to go to auction on April 29.
There is no price guide as Queensland law prohibits agents from setting price guides for properties going to auction. The median house price in Palm Beach is $1.5 million, on Domain data.
The property is just 700 metres from the beach and has a sleek white aesthetic that’s become a signature of Gold Coast properties.
