DEAR DEIDRE: DESPITE really wanting to be healthy, I am a big lad who has no willpower.
In the past I have joined countless gyms and even sometimes let the membership renew, telling myself I will go.
But I never get past the first couple of sessions.
I live with depression and anxiety and sometimes I feel so stressed that I don’t want to go out.
I comfort eat and drink every night. I live in town so it’s easy to get my food delivered.
I’m 24 and my friends are ripped.
But I fear it will take me years to look like they do.
