Phew, anyone else have an extremely wild June? With eclipse season and Mercury Retrograde out of the way, we’re looking at calmer astro-weather for July 2021—sign me up!
On July 9, a New Moon in Cancer will rise in the sky—our first New Moon since the drama of eclipse season ended. Cancer is an emotional, sensitive sign, so don’t be surprised if you get a bit teary. Water signs, y’all.
But the tears won’t last for long…on July 22, the Sun enters Leo and the party begins! Leo is one of the most fun, most exuberant signs of the zodiac (just ask a Leo!), so make sure to plan for a pool party or three this Leo season!
On July 23, a Full Moon in Aquarius will illuminate the night sky. Take careful notes of whatever happens, because the Full Moon will rise in Aquarius for a second time on August 22. It’s rare for the Full Moon to be in the same sign twice in a row—think of this as the same Full Moon in two acts. Basically, July’s Full Moon in Aquarius is The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1 and August’s Full Moon in Aquarius is The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2.
Jupiter is the planet of luck and expansion, and since May, it’s been enjoying a swim through gentle Pisces. But on June 20, Jupiter Retrograde began, and on July 28, Jupiter backstrokes into Aquarius, where it will stay until late December of this year. Don’t be surprised if some the things you were thinking about during the Full Moon in Aquarius: Part 1 start to play a major role in your 2021 story!
