A "genius" Aldi shopper has been praised for finally working out how to deal with the supermarket's famously quick checkouts.
Matt, from the US, often struggled to keep up with Aldi staff's rapid scanning of items so came up with a simple hack and shared it to TikTok.
Calling it the "best hack", Matt goes in with an empty trolley and a shopping list, saying: "I was able to modify my grocery hack to make grocery an even better shopping experience.
"Just grab all of your food like usual. Then begin the checkout process by throwing all your food on the belt and then pay for your items."
Instead of rushing against time and throwing everything into a shopping bag, Matt puts them back into the trolley and heads out of the shop to his car.
"Now you see all these people wasting their time bagging their groceries?" he asked. "Yeah skip that."
"Just head to your vehicle with all your groceries loose in the cart like this."

And the trick he comes up with is using laundry baskets.
Matt explains: "You're going to need two laundry baskets. Start throwing your food into these laundry baskets.
"Just keep throwing it in there until you fill it up to the top.
"And when it's done, you can just drive home and I just saved you a ton of time by skipping the bagging process with his great grocery hack."
Fellow shoppers were amazed when they watched Matt's clever hack in action.
One said: "Oh my God so genius. I never thought of laundry baskets."
Another wrote: "Greatest idea. This is how I always shop at Costco."
A viewer suggested Matt places the laundry baskets into the trolley so that he could save more time on loading and unloading the items.
