When it comes to selling millionaire houses, it might be tougher to offload them than one might think. After all, though they seem like anyone’s dream home with recording rooms, huge pools, and even home cinema rooms, the price tag might be enough for anyone to look the other way. For Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee, for example, his glamorous Calabasas home has finally sold for $3.7 million after over seven years of trying to find a buyer, Dirt reports.

The 1980s home, located in a gated enclave above the Calabasas Country Club, has six bedrooms and eight baths in a spacious property of nearly 10,000 square feet. The home, which has three levels, has polished chevron-patterned wood floors and rustic log-beamed ceilings all throughout it, giving an extra edge.
Among the home’s biggest features are a central atrium topped by a retractable skylight, a professional recording studio with its very own isolation booths, and a movie theater with a concession bar.
Other spaces of the home include a family room that’s connected to a wood-paneled kitchen, an office with its very own private terrace, and a master retreat with a massive walk-in closet and spa-inspired bath.
