Continuing its collaboration with internationally renowned chefs, Shake Shack is now set to team up with Enrique Olvera, owner and Chef of the fifth-ranked restaurant in the world, Pujol. Bringing a taste of Mexico City, the duo are set to host a three-course dinner for two nights only in New York and Los Angeles.
The menu served at the dinner will be inspired by Olvera’s Mexican roots and vast gastronomic experience. Leading the menu is the Ant Burger, topped with Chicatana Ant mayo, a signature condiment from Pujol, as the main course. The team-up between Shake Shack and Chef Enrique Olvera is centered around premium ingredients and unique offerings for guests to deliver the best of both worlds with a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Tickets will be available starting October 24 for three seatings in each city, November 10 at West Village Shack (New York) and November 15 at Santa Monica Shack (Los Angeles). Check out the full menu for the Shake Shack x Enrique Olvera dinners below.

Potato and Broccoli Cream Tamal: Corn and potato tamal with broccoli cream and mustard greens
The Ant Burger: Angus cheeseburger topped with Monterey Jack cheese, Chicatana Ant mayonnaise, smoked tomato and shredded lettuce
Sweet Potato Fries: Served with Guacachile salsa
Corn Husk Meringue Shake: Vanilla frozen custard handspun with corn cream and topped with husk meringue
Beverages available include a Shackmeister Michelada and a selection of Shack wine and beer
