We’ve got some great news for Joanna and Chip Gaines fans: The entire season of the Magnolia Network’s The Lost Kitchen is now available to stream for free. The full slate of Magnolia Network shows, which includes Fixer Upper: Welcome Home, was pushed to 2021 and won’t launch until later this year. But if you have access to the discovery+ app, you can check out some Magnolia Network shows early.
Although The Lost Kitchen doesn’t star the Gaineses, they are the masterminds behind Magnolia Network, which they’re doing in partnership with Discovery. The Lost Kitchen follows chef Erin French and her restaurant in Freedom, Maine. It documents how her restaurant is forced to pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic. This high-stakes reinvention is something that restaurants around the globe have had to face — and they’re not done with dining during abnormal times yet.
There’s a total of six episodes to stream, and they’re all available at once, starting today. There’s only one way to watch all of them, though. You’ll have to sign up for the discovery+ app if you want a sneak-peek at the Magnolia Network and to watch The Lost Kitchen. Discovery+ also has a variety of non-fiction shows, including Property Brothers and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
You get a free seven-day trial to try out the brand new streaming service. After the trial is up, discovery+ will cost $4.99 a month at minimum, depending on which plan you choose.
There’s also great news if you’re a Verizon customer or are thinking about switching to Verizon Wireless. The wireless provider is offering a six- to 12-month free trial of discovery+ when you have an unlimited plan.
