Beyoncé is joined by her fierce daughter Blue Ivy in the new music video for Spirit and we have chills.
The megastar has clearly passed her lit AF genes down to the seven-year-old, who makes an incredible cameo in the clip for Spirit – from the album Bey made for The Lion King remake.
The video opens with two men singing in Swahili (in a nod to The Lion King’s African roots) before panning onto Beyoncé standing against an arid, rocky backdrop.
The Run The World singer looks to her left (you know, with that signature side eye) and Blue, wearing a pastel-coloured dress, walks up to her.
Slaying just as much as her mum, the youngster takes centre-stage as she holds Beyoncé’s hand while the two of them gaze over the landscape.
The clip then cuts to Queen Bey, clad in a cobalt blue gown, going full Nala as she belts out the lyrics while standing in front of the incredible Havasu Falls in Arizona.
It’s not the only time Blue appears in the Lion King soundtrack, as she also lends her vocals to track eight of the album.
The youngster will be appearing on Brown Skin Girl, singing alongside her A-lister mum, Saint Jhn and WizKid.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Jay-Z, who is married to Bey and shares their daughter with the star (as well as two-year-old twins Sir and Runi), will also be featured on the song Mood 4 Eva.
Bey, who plays Nala in The Lion King, last week dropped Spirit from the upcoming album, which she wrote alongside IIya Salmanzadeh and Timothy McKenzie.
The track features the lyrics: ‘Saying rise up to the light in the sky, yeah. Watch the light lift your heart up. Burn your flame through the night.
‘Spirit. Watch the heavens open, yeah. Spirit, can you hear it calling?’
The Lion King hits cinemas on 18 July with the album dropping the following day.
