43einhalb Announces Its adidas ZX 10000 "Joint Path" Collaboration

For 10 years, 43einhalb has been serving the German community with hot ticket sneaker releases and sportswear and streetwear apparel. And to celebrate this decade anniversary, the European entity is teaming up with its neighbors at

The inspiration for this makeup comes from the topographical maps and landscapes that the employees of the brand have visited. The base layers are predominantly covered with sandy beige and lighter gray hues, the former of which pours onto the forefoot overlays while the latter makes up the a majority of the base layer to represent beaches, rocks and mountains. Darker notes of gray pop up on the heel molds, toe tips, adidas stripes and mesh mudguards to channel urban streets and Frankfurt — 43einhalb‘s second home. Additionally, the “Signal Orange” hit on the tongues speaks to the aesthetic of a sunrise while the green accents on the stripes are symbolic of German’s Autobahn. One final detail to call out is the tongue logos which merge the Trefoil with the fleur-de-lis of Fulda so that each party is strongly represented.

43einhalb also created a short film to accompany this release and you can view it here. At the time of writing, no release date has been announced just yet, but you can peep a closer look at the pair here above and expect them to launch in the coming weeks.

Elsewhere in sneaker news, Eric Emanuel and adidas Basketball have dropped their “Fundamentals Collection.”
