Victoria Beckham has revealed her unique food habit, which could be one of her strangest food confessions yet.

Posh Spice, 47, has previously hit the headlines for her bizarre food habits.

Spilling the beans on her favourite snack, she admitted: "This is where I sound even more boring in the food department.

"I like whole grain toast with salt on it. It’s that carbohydrate that makes you feel comforted and I love salt."

Victoria also revealed she isn't one to treat herself to dinners out all the time.

And, if she does find herself in a restaurant the mum-of-four will sometimes only order steamed vegetables.

She also revealed she steers clear of any butter, oils or sauces as she simply isn't a fan.

Victoria, who has a whopping 14 engagement rings, admitted: "To most restaurants I’m probably their worst nightmare. I love some steamed vegetables, some balsamic vinegar and then to season myself.

"I like things to be cooked in a very simple way. I don’t like oils or butters or sauces."

Victoria is also a vegetarian, but her husband David, 46, and kids are all meat-eaters.

She also joked that Hell's Kitchen star Gordon Ramsay has even poked fun and the former Spice Girls star's eating habits.

"Even Gordon Ramsay, a very good friend of ours, says he’s never seen anybody as disciplined about the way that they eat," she said.

Victoria, who recently shared a proud mummy moment as she posed by her daughter Harper, also confessed: "I’m not the most exciting eater but I do like to have a drink with my dinner and I can become a very good dinner guest."

During the podcast, Victoria also revealed her mother Jackie Adams wasn't a keen cook.

She told the podcast's host Ruthie Rogers: "You know what my mother uses her oven for?"

To which Ruthie said: "Umm, let me guess, dry her stockings?"

And Victoria revealed: "No she uses it as a filing cabinet. As a filing cabinet, yes! If it didn't go in the microwave, Mrs Adams wasn't interested in it."
