Meghan Markle has compared breastfeeding to running a marathon in her first joint podcast with husband Prince Harry for World Mental Health day.
The 39 year old mum-of-one, who recently went on a double date with pal Katherine McPhee to celebrate her reported pregnancy, spoke out about how people crave to be asked whether they're okay on Teenager Therapy.
After hosts Gael, Kayla and Thomas asked her how she's really been feeling after moving to Los Angeles with her 36 year old husband Prince Harry and their one year old son Archie, the royal brought up the last time she was posed that question.

Meghan explained that she didn't know her answer to the query from her interview on the documentary 'Harry and Meghan: An African Journey' would be talked about for weeks on end.
"Isn't that funny, it was about a year ago this time that someone asked me that. We were on a tour in South Africa," she told the hosts.
"On the last day of the tour, man I was tired, I was just about to give Archie a bath, we were exhausted," she continued before Harry added: "She was still breastfeeding at the time".

Meghan, whose former Suits love-interest Patrick Adams recently said he's afraid to contact her, went on to explain she was constantly going back and forth from her royal duties to her son during her trip to South Africa, which left her feeling worn out.
The Duchess of Sussex said: "A lot of people don’t know, it’s like running a marathon, so between every official engagement I was running back to make sure our son was fed, and it was a lot.
"At the very end the journalist asked me, 'Well, are you okay?' and I didn’t realise that my answer would receive such an interest from around the world, because I said, 'Well thanks, people haven’t really asked me if I'm okay'.

"I didn't think about that answer, I just answered honestly, because I was in a moment of vulnerability because I was tired, because there was no presentation, it was just, 'Here's where I am, I'm a mum who is with a four and half month old baby and we are tired.'"
The brunette beauty added: "The reason it resonated with people is because everyone wants to be asked if they’re okay. So I would say… today, I'm doing well, thank you for asking."
