When Miles Nazaire joined Made In Chelsea back in 2018, he didn’t think he’d last even one episode.
But three years later, he’s a fan favourite and despite going through a messy breakup, which saw his ex Maeva D’Ascanio go on to date his best friend James Taylor,
Miles has revealed to OK! that he’s happier than ever. Now, the fitness fanatic, 25, says he doesn’t miss James’ friendship at all – and he wouldn’t say no to finding love on Celebs Go Dating …
Hey Miles! It’s great having you back on Made In Chelsea again…
Thank you! I wanted to take some time off because I had a lot of other projects on. I wanted to return at the right time – I also missed filming with my friends and all the fun we had.
We were also locked down, so I thought it would be really fun to get stuck back in!
It gets a bit heated with your ex-girlfriend Maeva and your ex-best friend James…
It was always gonna be a very awkward situation seeing Maeva and James again – I hadn’t seen them for over a year.
I didn’t think there was going to be as much drama as there’s been, but, it is what it is.
When you live under a roof [the cast lived together as a bubble in the Cotswolds while filming] with your ex and your ex-best mate, obviously things are bound to happen.
Do you miss your friendship with James?
It’s one of those things I look back at and think, “Yeah, we had a great friendship.” But it has moved on now.
Unfortunately, he’s done what he’s done.
If I kept thinking, “I want my friendship back” then I would never move on.
It is a pity with how things happened, but I don’t necessarily miss the friendship.
Do you ever see yourself leaving Chelsea?
I love Chelsea… but I do want to travel and live in different countries while I have TV work and other business ventures too.
I would love to live in France for a little bit, but I don’t think it’s the place where I want to live and stay forever.
London is my home, but I want to travel a bit more first before settling down.
You must be happy that the gyms are open again?
You have no idea… I have never been happier. All of my friends were excited for the pubs to open up again and I would say, “Well, I’m
going to the gym, so see you later!”
How do you motivate yourself mentally and physically?
For me, it’s about asking yourself, “Where do you want to see yourself?” I constantly battle with that. If I’m staying in bed until 12pm, I’m not going to change my life, am I?
It’s about staying disciplined and having a structure.

Would you ever do Celebs Go Dating or Strictly Come Dancing?
I would love to! Strictly would be so fun to do. I mean… I’m unlucky in love so Celebs Go Dating would maybe help me with a lot of things. I’ve been single for three years now.
If those opportunities arise, I definitely will take them.
Where would you take a girl on a date?
Wow… it’s been so long since I’ve gone on a date! What I do love is to take someone somewhere really intimate like a jazz bar or a local Italian restaurant.
If you want to connect with someone, you’ve got to be close to them.
You’ve got to be a bit more intimate; it shows London in a different light as well.
Made In Chelsea airs on Mondays at 9pm on E4. Follow Miles on Instagram @milesjnazaire.
