Ex On The Beach’s Chanelle McCleary announces devastating miscarriage

Chanelle McCleary has announced the tragic news that she has suffered a miscarriage, less than a month after revealing her pregnancy.

The Ex On The Beach star, 24, shared a heartbreaking statement on her Instagram page to reveal the news.

The Big Brother star, who is engaged to her partner Rich, captioned the statement with a broken heart emoji.

The tragic announcement read: “Some of you may have noticed I’ve not been on social media lately, I’ve been taking time to grieve privately & come to terms with our loss.

“Unfortunately I was back and fourth to hospital with bleeding & complications & our little baby’s heart stopped beating.

“We are both devastated & loved our little baby so so much already.

“My heart felt complete knowing I had you & the love I felt instantly was indescribable but I try to tell myself that god has a plan & something just wasn’t right.

“This has broken both our hearts & it just doesn’t feel real. I still wake up & get excited thinking about you & then remember your gone

“I am feeling a million different emotions right now & just deep deep sadness, I just want to wake up & it not to be real. I cannot wait to be a mummy, it's something I have wanted for so long, we are going to try again & I hope that we are blessed with a healthy little one soon.

“For now we are taking time out to heal. Thank you everyone for your love & support. Please keep us in your prayers for conceiving in the near future & finding hope again. Little baby mccleary you are gone but we will never ever forget you, love mummy&daddy.” [sic]

Just four days before announcing the heartbreaking news, Chanelle shared a stunning selfie and apologised for her absence from social media in the caption.

She wrote: “Sorry if I’m ignoring anyone, I’m taking a little break to focus on my health &my loved ones,” followed by a world and love heart emoj. [sic]
