Coco Jones had a big night at the 2023 BET Awards held on Sunday (June 25) at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
The 25-year-old singer and actress was nominated for three awards and took home the honor of Best New Artist.
Later in the night, Coco hit the stage to perform her RIAA Gold-certified song “ICU.”

Also in attendance at the awards show were YoungStars Award nominees Akira Akbar, Demi Singleton, Alaya “That Girl Lay Lay” High, and Dylan “Young Dylan” Gilmer, plus Jalyn Hall, Shameik Moore, Tyga, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Victoria Monet.
If you missed it, Coco‘s Peacock series has been renewed for a third season. She was actually nominated for Best Actress at the BET Awards for her role as Hilary Banks on the series!
A couple days before the awards show, Tyga was in Paris attending the Kenzo fashion show at Paris Fashion Week.
