Blue band member Antony Costa has left fans wide-eyed with their chins on the floor after posting a body transformation picture.
Calling his metamorphosis “Operation Dad Bod,” the 39-year-old took to Instagram to share his progress with his 57.8 thousand followers.
“I’ve lost nearly 1.5 stone,” the singer revealed, “and I feel better than I have in years.”
Attributing his epic weight loss to MuscleFood Goal Getters’ fitness plan, he disclosed that he “couldn’t be happier or prouder” with his results so far.
The weekly subscription service delivers meals – that Antony claims are “tailored” to customers’ goals – every seven days.
Prices start from £60.99 and rise to £79.99 with a variety of meal plans on offer and online personal training support available.
“I’ve honestly never found it so easy to get results,” claims Antony in his ringing endorsement of the company. He adds that MuscleFood has made “everything so easy” for him.
The Blue star, who hit the charts back in the noughties with tracks such as One Love, All Rise and Too Close – quickly became part of one of the biggest boy bands in British History.
His band mate and friend Simon Webbe took to the comments section to congratulate Antony on his progress.
“Yes brother I’m trying to be like you,” he cheered.
That set the tone for the rest of the comments. No one had a bad word to say and Antony’s fans and followers published messages of support and congratulations.
“Keep it up Ant. Looking good sir,” said one, while another congratulated him on his “great transformation.”
One fan commented: “I’m still saying you look great in any shape and weight.”
“What an achievement,” said the next.
With such an overwhelmingly positive response, Antony must be at the top of his game. With just a few weeks left of his plan it seems he’s well on his way to getting the body he wants.
And it looks like Antony hasn’t had to give up his favourite food fixes either. “‘It’s not boring diet food,” he insists. “I get to eat foods I genuinely enjoy like pizza, pasta and curries as well as 3 snacks a day!”
